Jeff began his career in the visual arts as a photographer approximately 17 years ago and has since branched out into filmmaking. He studied at Ryerson Polytechnical Institute, the Ontario College of Art and Humber College . Jeff has also been involved in Toronto 's independent film and visual arts community for the past twelve years. He has worked in a variety of roles on film and video productions as well as producing his own programs and exhibiting his photographs.

       His recent projects have included FLOW, an underwater video originally exhibited as a public space projection , Habitat, a series of photo constructions exploring the idea of home through abandoned dilapidated houses; and THE HOUND PROJECT, a public space installation in which Jeff ran his dog for mayor, then prime minister. His series Sleepwalk, a haunting collection of colour night photographs, has exhibited in Canada , the USA , and also in England alongside master photographer Bill Brandt's work. Jeff's award-winning films and videos have been screened at numerous festivals and broadcast around the world. His video FLOW is a finalist in competition at the Izmir International Short Film Festival in Turkey.
